We are honored to purchase this fabulous mare from Carla Shown of Moonstruck Meadows (www.moonstruckmeadows.com). This mare is a full sister to our Salanda D and a daughter of our beloved Quizas. Nochera has the same wonderful personality and breathtaking conformation that her dam was so famous for. Nochera is in foal to Decorado III for a 2012 foal. She is a treasure that we are thankful to have influence our breeding program.

Salanda is our outstanding mover, with the sweetest temperament to go along with her movie star good looks. She has the ability to captivate you with her charisma while just idling the day away in her pasture. Salanda's pedigree reads like a who's who from the famous breeding farms in Spain. Her Dam Quizas was once referred to as the ideal body for an Andalusian mare. While Granadino was the favorite photography subject of Bob Langrish, at 30 he made the cover of two calendars.

This gorgeous mare has the coveted temperament of the Andalusian. She is so very sweet, will come when called by name and will just stand and enjoy being pampered by "her" humans. Keara is very smart, in training and under saddle as a 3 year old she catches on extremely quickly. She is a smooth riding mare and is starting her dressage career.

We were so very fortunate to be able to own this lovely broodmare. Quizas was our very first PRE Andalusian and we were not prepared for how she would change our lives. This serene mare was the horse I had waited my entire life to own, she certainly was a once in a lifetime horse. I am extremely fortunate to have foals of hers here to carry on her tradition. Quizas was bred and branded by the Cardenas Stud. Senor Cardenas has been awarded Best Breeder of the year more than any other breeder in Spain. Quizas is one of only a handful of horses in this country that are from the Cardenas Stud in Spain. He rarely sells his mares! The Spanish Revision team said of Quizas "If she were a woman she would be Miss Universe." Daughter of the famous Vasallo, #1 ranked horse in the book of Merits; she is a half sister to Joya, Reserve Champion Mare of Spain.

Hannah is now retired from breeding, she gave us a beautiful colt in 2008, he was all that we expected from her. She is making a wonderful riding horse that everyone loves to enjoy. She is our herd boss and keeps all the horses in line. She loves to talk to the colts over the fence and school them in their manners.
